Here are some of the ways you can continue your own faith at Our Saviour:

Discipleship Training

Specifically for those over the age of thirteen who desire to be baptized, those who are wanting to deepen their commitment to this church by becoming "Disciples", or those wanting to transfer their membership from another church body.

These sessions will be open to anyone who wants to deepen their faith and will be taught by the entire staff, as well as lay-leaders of Our Saviour. Participation in these classes is a pre-requisite for becoming a member of this church. There will be three of these sessions throughout the year. Check the online calendar for all dates.

The next session will be during the summer:
June 10 -- Thursday, 8:00 pm
June 17 -- Thursday, 8:00 pm
June 24-- Thursday, 8:00 pm
July 1 -- Thursday, 8:00 pm
July 8 -- Thursday, 8:00 pm
July 15 -- Thursday, 8:00 pm
Baptism Classes in 2010

If you would like to baptize a child under the age of thirteen, you are invited to participate in one of the Baptism classes to be held throughout the year. As we take Baptism very seriously, you must attend one of these one-session classes.

Class Dates:
July 17 -- Saturday, 12:00 noon
November 20 -- Saturday, 12:00 noon

(For adults or children over the age of 13, please see the "Discipleship Training" dates.)

Training Days

For all prospective worship leaders, as well as those already serving, we will be offering monthly training days for different areas of service. Those who complete the training day will be installed as leaders during a Sunday worship service. The full schedule of Training Days in on the online calendar.

Continuing Our Faith Classes for Youth

Continuing Our Faith our Confirmation program. It is for those who are 13 and older and want to learn more about their faith. Students are guided in exploring their faith over two years -- one focusing on the Bible and the other on what Lutheranism is -- through worship, prayer, service projects, discussion, and study.

Students who feel ready after 2 years will publicly confirm their beliefs on Pentecost Sunday.

See our topics and full class schedule here.
